 To Study and verify the truth table of RAM (Random Access Memory) circuit.

Technical Details

 Instrument comprises of DC Regulated Power Supply 5VDC/1 50mA, 10 logic inputs selectable using SPOT switches, four LED output indicators, IC 7489 placed on the front panel& connections brought out at sockets.
