Description
The gyroscope model is a device that uses the principles of angular momentum to maintain its orientation in space. At its core, a gyroscope consists of a spinning wheel or rotor mounted on a set of gimbals, which are pivoted rings that allow the wheel to rotate freely in multiple axes. When the wheel is spinning, it exhibits a property called rigidity in space, which enables it to resist changes to its orientation.
