The experimental set up consists of :
- Diode laser of 300 mW output with power pack; Wavelength: 532nm.
- Constant deviation spectrograph of high resolution; LC of calibration: 1nm (CDS drum is calibrated within visible range i.e. 400 nm to 700nm)
- CDS prism is made of optical glass EDEF having μ= 1.71
- Cylindrical Condensing lens (Material fused quarta)
- Condensing lens holder, post & post holder & base
- Glass container (rectangular in shape) - made of optically worked plane Parallel optical glass plates
